If a fee or commission was granted to the salesperson for bringing the car finance deal to the bank and you were not informed of the car sales person receiving a commission then this regarded as a hidden, secret, or undisclosed commission. You must be notified by the bank or finance provider of all the fees incurred within the car finance deal.

High pressure sales tactics

Being put under pressure can be quite uncomfortable and frustrating. The car salesperson needs to give you enough time to understand and assess the deal/agreement being offered and offer alternatives also.
